Jesse & Christine Tricola
Senior Pastors
Pastors Jesse & Christine Tricola both grew up in the small town of Woodland, WA. After graduating from high school in 1999, they both attended Bible college at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK, graduating in 2001 and 2002. Since that time, they have been in full-time ministry, working with young adults, youth, and children. They were married in 2002 and now have a daughter named Aliyah & a son named Isaac. Pastors Jesse & Christine have a passion for people! They want to see people, both young and old, cultivate an intimate relationship with God and know His purpose for their lives. Discipleship is where they believe this relationship is cultivated, and they are dedicated to seeing Christ formed in the people with whom God has entrusted them.
Nate & Jocelyn Walbaum
Oregon Campus Pastors
Pastor Nate & Jocelyn have been at Victory since 2009. They have been involved in Children's, Youth, Ushering and other places in the church. Nate & Jocelyn have a Pastors heart to care for and help people.
Joel & Robbin Hjertstedt
Associate Pastors
Pastor's Joel and Robbin have been in the ministry for many years. They were senior pastors for Destiny Christian Fellowship in Oregon and became a part of the Victory family in 2019. Pastor Robbin is also our church secretary and helps in the church office.
Aaron & Emily Hanson
Associate Pastors
Pastor Aaron and Emily have been pastoring at Victory since 2014. They have been involved in many aspects of the church but one thing that remains constant is their passion to see people's lives changed by Jesus. They both graduated from Linfield college with a focus in business and currently work full-time in the marketplace.
Dasthyan Lolo Kassa
Worship Pastor
Dasthyan was born and raised in Wamena, Papua, Indonesia. He discovered his passion for music at a young age. God brought him to Portland Bible College, and he graduated in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in theology with a Biblical Studies Emphasis. Dasthyan has been involved in worship ministry for 15 years. Worship is the lifestyle for Him. He has the heart to worship God and equip fellow musicians to excel in everything they do for the Lord.
Carolina Jimenez
Children's Director
Carolina was born and raised in Colombia, South America. At 19 she moved to Portland, Oregon to earn her bachelor's degree in theology at Portland Bible College.
Carolina has been involved in children’s ministry for more than 13 years. She believes children are capable to understand the deep things of God, experience His presence and hear God’s voice, and this can be accomplished through teaching, relationship and fun!
Josh & Angela Hjertstedt
Discipleship Pastor
Josh & Angela Hjertstedt (Yurt-sted) grew up in Portland and were high-school sweethearts before being married in 2001.
Josh has worked a professional career while volunteering as a youth pastor for over 15 years. They believe in the transformative power of the cross that allows every person to be whole, healed and set free.
