Our Mission
We exist to lead people into a life of Victory in Christ.
Our Vision
Victory Church is a Spirit-filled community where people learn to encounter God, pursue Jesus, and be led by the Holy Spirit every day. We are a church that builds life-giving relationships, grows in our spiritual gifts, and helps lift others into freedom in Jesus. Together, we are called to love our neighbors, serve our city with hope, and send the Gospel to the world

Four Pillars of Our Vision
Our vision can be summarized with these four pillars.
Encounter God
Experience Victory
Grow Together
Reach Our World

Our Church Story
Our History
Victory Church began in Oregon City in the early 1990s with a simple desire: to see lives transformed by Jesus. From living rooms and storefronts to our permanent home on the bluff, God has been faithful every step of the way. On New Year’s Eve 1999, we celebrated our first service in our current location, declaring victory in Christ over our city as we stepped into a new century.
Today, we continue that same mission—proclaiming faith, hope, and the life of Jesus. We believe He not only secures eternity but also gives abundant life here and now.
Now in our third generation of pastoral leadership under Pastors Aaron and Emily Hanson, Victory Church is stepping forward with fresh vision for the future—grounded in the Word, empowered by the Spirit, and sent to the world.
